KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Manufacturing, Innovation and Trade, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business) (15:00):</by> There has been a lot of discussion about whether or not the South Australian government, the Victorian government and the commonwealth government should be entering into a co-investment with Holden's. I was on the ABC <term>Drive</term> program with Mr Michael Smyth and we were talking about it, and the truth is that Australia is one of 13 countries in the world that manufacture motor vehicles. Alexander Downer, the modern father of the Liberal Party of South Australia, says, 'Holden are making cars people don't want to buy.' That is not true. The Cruze was No. 5 nationally, selling over 33,000 vehicles. The Sapphire research group commissioned a study—</text>
