RAU:</by>  As I stated earlier this morning, I said on the radio that my recollection was that the McGee conspiracy trial was concluded before 2010. As indicated earlier, my recollection was mistaken. In fact, the trial ended just a few days before the 2010 election. I accept that between the conclusion of the conspiracy trial and the election, the then attorney had no opportunity to refer the matter to the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.</text>
