          <by role="member" id="3127">The Hon. G. PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Education and Child Development):</by>  The 3 year term of the Learning Technologies Program concluded in 2010. ICT Coaches and Masterclasses were initiatives with an after hours component. From the success of these initiatives and others, schools will now build further upon the achieved outcomes with respect to the use of ICT in the delivery of teaching and learning.</text>
