KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Manufacturing, Innovation and Trade, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business):</by>  I have been advised that Thinkers receive a stipend consisting of accommodation, flights and a payment (fees). Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and are deemed commercial-in-confidence. This confidentiality is critical so that competitive negotiations can take place at the beginning of each residency.</text>
        <text id="201202284c110b0b272f4b1bb0000283">Private industry partners are contributing $100,000 towards the cost of the 'Thinkers in Residence' program.</text>
