HILL (Kaurna—Minister for Health and Ageing, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for the Arts): I have been advised of the following: 1.	The construction of the new Royal Adelaide Hospital is a state-funded project. The new Royal Adelaide Hospital Project is being delivered through a Public Private Partnership, whereby SA Health Partnership will design, finance, construct and provide a range of facilities management services over a 35 year period. This partnership will see SA Health continue to operate the hospital and provide all core clinical services, staffing, teaching, training and research.
