        <text id="2012021477f4b4bc9d284bce80000419">2.&amp;#x9;If the SA Wrongs Act 1936 is breached at Div 3, Sec 27C (1)(a)(b)(2)(3) and a person's injuries flow from the serious and wilful acts of misconduct of others, then are third parties vicariously liable for these injuries and does the case fall within the jurisdiction of either the District or Supreme Court?</text>
