J.D. HILL (Kaurna—Minister for Health and Ageing, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for the Arts): I am advised: 1.	Announced as part of the 2004-05 budget, $2.5 million was allocated by the Department of Health for the construction of the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer, which incorporates the Livestrong Cancer Research Centre. A change in the nature of the project from a SA Health investing project to a grant to the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation was made in 2009-10. The Treasurer approved a loan of $5 million to the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation to finance the residual funding requirements to commence construction.
