          <by role="member" id="634">The Hon. M.D. RANN (Ramsay—Premier, Minister for Economic Development, Minister for Social Inclusion, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Sustainability and Climate Change):</by>  I advise the following:</text>
        <text id="20110927a0079a4318544ed590000900">Of the total funding for Annual programs, approximately $1 million is allocated to Arts SA's capital improvement program. These funds are used to upgrade and replace assets of a number of arts agencies, namely History SA, Art Gallery of SA, State Library of SA, SA Museum and Carrick Hill, and are allocated based on relative investing priorities across these agencies.</text>
        <text id="20110927a0079a4318544ed590000901">The Annual program funding also includes approximately $1.3m for the Libraries Board for the purchase of its heritage collections.</text>
