<text id="201109277ae196d514c14535b0000895">The increase is primarily due to the provision of $750,000 in the 2011-12 budget to enable planning to be undertaken on the future redevelopment of the Adelaide Festival Centre within the broader Riverbank Precinct development. The remainder of the increase is due partly to the practice of holding the budget for breakdown and minor works activities for relevant arts organisations in the Supplies and Services line.</text>
