Has the Attorney-General asked the Solicitor-General why the MacPherson report draft findings regarding the Burnside council recommend criminal charges but the Solicitor-General found, and I quote from the Attorney-General's statement, that he did not believe that there was any criminal conduct revealed in the material he saw?</text>
