When did the Attorney-General seek the advice of the Solicitor-General in relation to the Burnside council investigation, and when was the Attorney-General provided with that advice? The Hon. J.R. Last year, in the context of the litigation in which the state was a party by virtue of the application by the various applicants of those proceedings in the court, a number of matters were discussed in circumstances that it would not be appropriate for me to discuss as they were actually privileged conversations in relation to litigation before the court. However, I can say that those conversations with the Solicitor-General occurred last year, to the best of my recollection, and certainly in the lead-up to the matter proceeding to court.
