Will the minister confirm that the new western grandstand at the Adelaide Oval partially blocks the north-west light tower and that this will compromise the televising of AFL football matches and as a result at least that tower and potentially all four towers will have to be raised?</text>

Many people might think it is a good idea that it is not my role. I will happily try to get an answer from the people who are responsible for such things. What I can say is that whatever occurs at Adelaide Oval we will not go down the path of retractable lights that don't work. We think they are up there with one-way expressways as bad ideas.</text>
