          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the Country Health SA Board Health Advisory Council Inc</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001215">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the biennial combined Health Advisory Council Conferences</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001216">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">reports</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001217">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">correspondence</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001218">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">direct representation.</item>
        </text>
        <text continued="true" id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001219">The HACs have provided advice to me on a wide variety of issues, including:</text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">feedback and reporting on community responses</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001221">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the development of the Strategy for Planning Country Health Services in SA</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001222">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the potential impact of national health reforms on country health services</item>
        </text>
        <text id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001223">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">issues relevant to their specific communities, as well as on issues related to the governance and administration of the HACs themselves.</item>
        </text>
        <text continued="true" id="20110621dd2ef5d83759493ab0001224">Additionally, all HACs provide annual reports to me, advising of their activities in the preceding financial year.</text>
