In 2008-09 there were 43.8 FTE positions across SA Health in media and communications roles. This is inclusive of SA Ambulance Service, the Department of Health, Country Health SA, Southern Adelaide Health Service, Central Northern Adelaide Health Service, and the Children, Youth and Women's Health Service. SA Health does not have a single Media and Communications Unit.
