        <text id="20110607e960d1568768425ba0000748">Department of Health employees are bound by the South Australian public service Code of Ethics, which is issued under Part 4, Section 15  of the Public Sector Act 2009, and applies to all public sector employees.</text>
        <text id="20110607e960d1568768425ba0000749">The Code of Conduct includes the requirement that all public sector employees declare and appropriately manage interests that may conflict with the way their duties are carried out.</text>
