        <text id="20110607482092d2ce6f4d8790000413">The National Partnership Agreement on Hospital and Health Workforce Reform was agreed following the November 2008 COAG meeting.</text>
        <text id="20110607482092d2ce6f4d8790000414">The National Partnership Agreement does not require savings measures, but does contain measures aimed at improving efficiency and capacity in public hospitals that will help to meet demand for health care and hospital services.</text>
