HILL:</by>  Two points: the first point is that we haven't signed the contract so nothing can be confirmed at this stage until that contract is signed; the second point—and the point I was making in the previous answer—is that you can't guarantee a profit. If you could guarantee a profit, it wouldn't be a profit, it would be something else. It would be a secure income stream or some other such. The reality is that that consortium wants to make a profit. If we were to go out and procure a hospital in a normal way, we would engage a builder to build that hospital and we would engage architects, and they would all want to make a profit because that's the way our system works. When you buy a television set for a government office, the person who sells you that set—</text>

Sadly, the Liberal Party is still pursuing the socialist objective in this place.</text>
