SNELLING (Playford—Treasurer, Minister for Employment, Training and Further Education) (14:52):</by> It is not a cost-benefit study because it is a regional impact statement, and I would have thought that that was pretty obvious. But this is an issue that has been exhaustively examined by the best advice government could get on what would be the social impact and the economic impact of this decision in the South-East. I have made sure that we have released it. It is publicly available. It is available for anyone to see, anyone to scrutinise. I am more than happy to take any questions about the contents of that report, but I stand by it. I have complete confidence in that report.</text>
