Who will pay for any cost overruns for the Adelaide Oval redevelopment project? The government has overseen cost overruns for the Northern Expressway from $300 million to $564 million; the Port River Expressway from $138 million to $175 million; The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Stage 2 Redevelopment from $42 million—this is a ripper—to $127 million; the Royal Adelaide Hospital, of course, famously from $1.7 billion to $2.73 billion; the Port River Bridge from $136 million to $178 million; the Techport precinct—</text>
