When that advice is received, of course, we need to go through a consultative process once I determine whether or not those zones and no-go zones will be in place; and we will do, simultaneously, an economic assessment. What is the point of doing an economic assessment at this point in time, because it is an information-gathering exercise? No decision has been made.</text>
