M.D. RANN (Ramsay—Premier, Minister for Economic Development, Minister for Social Inclusion, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Sustainability and Climate Change): I have been advised of the following: The annual program comprises priority maintenance development works and/or house or grounds enhancements that are deemed to be of high importance. The proposed 2010-11 annual program is composed of: 1.	the design and construction of a Disability Discrimination Act compliant footpath extending from the State Entrance to the Eastern Entrance of Government House—$21,000. 2.	the undertaking of Phase 1 of Government House's irrigation infrastructure enhancement project, which entails the installation of main lines and associated systems that are compatible with the use of recycled water. A recycled water main is currently on site, but can only be used with irrigation systems that comply with the requirements laid down by SA Health and SA Water—$80,000.
