Have any companies named by the minister's department as being the source of the salmonella outbreaks lodged complaints with the government about their naming, and has the government taken legal advice about any potential consequences of naming these companies?</text>

I remember when this issue first came up. I think the member for Morphett was in the media saying how I had been so slow in getting the information and that I should have named the companies, and, once the companies were actually named, he said how outrageous that I had destroyed their business.</text>
