        <text id="20110308bb359bc9f5924045b0000258">The reduction in supplies and services expenses from 2008-09 is due to the reduction in the use of translators as contract staff. In 2009-10, a casual pool was formed for translators as part of the salaries and wages budget. This resulted in an increase in employee benefit expenses and a decrease in supplies and services.</text>
