On 8 February 2011, the Treasurer in response to an inquiry on this matter said: I am happy to have a look at this issue. It is not an intention on my part in any way to frustrate proper parliamentary scrutiny of that project. The legislation actually requires the referral to the Public Works Committee of all works greater than $4 million in value where the work is to be constructed on crown land. The Hon. J.J.
