Will the Treasurer guarantee not to cancel the cashing out of long service leave for public servants, as recommended by the former treasurer to minister Weatherill in his memo of 30 January 2010, just before the state election? It said: I recommend that action be taken to limit the application of this provision and in the longer term—post-election [underlined]—the clause be removed from the Public Service Act for both executive and non-executive employees.
