Now that the minister has been (or I hope has been) made aware that Mr Spooner has been involved in 11 crashes since 1999, six of which occurred after he was involved in a fatal collision with Mr Daniel Raphael, will the minister immediately act to ensure Mr Spooner is properly assessed and/or prohibited from driving?</text>
