Why does it take the Commissioner for Social Inclusion and member of the Sustainable Budget Commission, Monsignor David Cappo, to recommend to the government that they not close the Parks Community Centre when the Premier has an Attorney-General who is the local member for Enfield and a minister for community services who are both providing advice to the cabinet?</text>
