<by role="member" id="546">Mr WILLIAMS (MacKillop—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:27): </by> My question is to the Treasurer. Will the Treasurer confirm that the operating cost for the Port Stanvac desalination plant has escalated by $25 million per year for each of the next 20 years; and can he inform the house what impact this will have on South Australian water prices? Last year the parliament was informed that the cost of energy, operation and maintenance for the desalination plant would be $105 million per year. The government tenders website reveals that an energy, maintenance and operational contract was executed on 16 February this year at an annual cost of $130 million per year for the next 20 years, an increase of $25 million per year.</text>
