<by role="member" id="1804">Ms CHAPMAN: </by> During the course of debate on this matter, I referred to the resignation of a person from the National Advisory Council on Mental Health, that person being an eminent psychiatrist, indeed, Professor John Mendoza, and, in the same breath, referred to his being the 2010 Australian of the Year. This is no reflection on either of these gentlemen, both eminent Australians, but the fact is that the 2010 Australian of the Year was Professor Pat McGorry. There are some aspects in relation to his concerns over the federal government, but I had put them together. I apologise to the house, if that is necessary, but, most importantly, to both of these eminent Australians, who, in fact, have served in different roles.</text>
