Does the Treasurer now concede that the government is paying an interest subsidy to SACA whether or not the Adelaide Oval upgrade proceeds, and why did the Treasurer tell the house that not one dollar will be provided to SACA for its outstanding debt when Treasury officer Kevin Cantley contradicted these statements by telling the Budget and Finance Committee that SACA has already been paid $469,000 and will be paid around $800,000 by August by way of interest subsidy?</text>
