Following the accident of 1 June 2006 to which I have referred and in which Daniel Raphael was killed, what steps did the government take to establish whether Mr Spooner should continue to hold a driver's licence and whether conditions should be placed on that licence? That particularly refers to action to be taken under section 80(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act.</text>
