When the Treasurer said in his ministerial statement on 22 June, 'On 2 March I was asked questions regarding the development and I made reference to having met with Mr Whicker in recent days,' how does he explain that he can remember the meeting on 19 February but not that the cost blowouts were discussed at that meeting?</text>
