Is the reason the Treasurer went public just after 2pm on 2 June about his knowledge prior to the election of the Adelaide Oval cost increase because he knew that the Stadium Management Authority, including Ian McLachlan and Leigh Whicker, were briefing the Liberal Party on the Adelaide Oval project on that day and at that time and the Treasurer was concerned that his knowledge of the blowout prior to the election would be revealed?
