<by role="member" id="1805">Mr GOLDSWORTHY (Kavel) (11:35):</by> The state Liberals have a different view in relation to this motion. We will not be supporting the motion for disallowance in relation to the Mid Murray Council because our research shows that the council's by-law does not contain the similar restrictive provisions, as do the other councils. As a consequence, we do not see any reason for the disallowance of the by-law of the Mid Murray Council. Perhaps the member for Fisher may be inclined to carry out a little more research in relation to that specific by-law of the Mid Murray Council.</text>
<text id="20100623aa0b3e3d611647ffb0000071">By-law 10.2 refers to the provision of the District Council of Robe and the District Council of Mount Barker, 11.2 in Yankalilla, and 7 at the City of Port Augusta, so perhaps the member for Fisher may like to revisit the issue in relation to the Mid Murray Council. On that basis, we would not support the motion by the member for Fisher for the disallowance of that by-law of the Mid Murray Council.</text>
