          <by role="member" id="634">The Hon. M.D. RANN:</by>  There has been some idle speculation and conspiracy theories and malice circulating this afternoon following question time. I was asked during question time whether I knew about the increased costs for the Adelaide Oval redevelopment before the election. I responded that the Deputy Premier had already addressed the matter by stating that he had not told me, nor any other cabinet minister.</text>
        <text id="20100623a7b90031349a4b06b0000973">I was not told by any person of any increases in the cost estimate. To make it perfectly clear, I had no knowledge of any increases to the cost estimates for the project prior to the election on 20 March this year.</text>
