Can he explain why he told the parliament yesterday that due to confidentiality reasons he could not reveal to the parliament the amount the federal government would contribute towards making Adelaide Oval FIFA-compliant, when on 12 May of this year he said on radio: We have been asked to have a FIFA-compliant oval.
