Has the Premier, or any person representing the Premier, contacted the Victorian Premier, John Brumby, expressing his concern at the statement made yesterday by the Victorian Minister for Water, Tim Holding, and what action, if any, has the Premier requested? Yesterday, on radio, the Victorian Labor Minister for Water, Tim Holding, in discussing the proposed High Court challenge by the Rann government stated:</text>

          <inserted>The challenge could be a bid from Mike Rann to distract voters from the Michelle Chantelois scandal. It does seem that, you know, that this issue pops up from time to time when the South Australian government wants to distract their people from other issues.</inserted>
