<text continued="true" id="2009120282cca63aeeee41f0a0000988">The Victor Harbor Road junction is an important junction in the south. I have used it many times myself on my surfing trips in an earlier life. It reached capacity a long time ago. On very busy weekends and days, the traffic stretches right back. This is a very rational approach to dealing with this intersection that will take it through the next 10 or 20 years. Putting some lights in there and signalising the intersection will improve it markedly. I commend the report to the house.</text>
