John Darley this morning, they did flag with me that there was an intention to move another amendment which, unfortunately, due to some confusion between a few of us, was not considered. I understand that the government and the Hon. Mr Darley have come to an agreement for the removal of this clause, and so the opposition indicates its support.</text>
