The sub judice rule is a complicated standing order. I would be more than happy perhaps privately to talk to the member for Mitchell about it. I am not going to give a pre-emptive ruling on whether or not the matter is sub judice. I have ruled, however, that the Premier does not have responsibility to the house for the substance of the question asked by the Deputy Leader of the Opposition.</text>
