        <text id="20091027227ce152ee0940a590000318">All revenue collected from anti-speeding devices goes into the Community Road Safety Fund.</text>

        <text id="20091027227ce152ee0940a590000319">The Community Road Safety Fund was established on 1 July 2003 and since then it has funded a wide range of key road safety initiatives including infrastructure such as shoulder sealing, overtaking lanes and Black Spot treatments, education and enforcement programs.</text>
