        <text id="200910135a6032fdfce743c590000493">The difference is due to bus registration costs. These are internal to the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure (an expense to the Public Transport Division and a revenue to the Safety and Regulation Division). These items were included in the original 2007-08 Budget but were eliminated from the 2007-08 revised Budget and 2008-09 Budget.</text>
