        <text id="20090714620044660d674b6ea0000284">SA Water's fixed charge adheres to the agreement signed by the members of the Council of Australian Governments (CoAG) where pricing regimes need to be based on the principles of consumption-based pricing as well as full cost recovery. That is, the water supply charge is based on the costs involved with the maintenance of the water infrastructure and the water use charge is to cover the amount of water used.</text>
