LOMAX-SMITH (Adelaide—Minister for Education, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for Tourism, Minister for the City of Adelaide):</by>  In May 2009, the Department of Education and Children's Services negotiated Microsoft licensing for all Round One computers provided through the Digital Education Revolution program to be covered by its existing contract.</text>
        <text id="2009071419c770827d084a6680000362">No disposal fee was charged for computers as part of the Digital Education Revolution program.</text>
