What progress has been made in developing plans to build new lock gates at the mouth of the Patawalonga at Glenelg? In May last year the Department of Water, Land and Biodiversity Conservation funded GHD Pty Ltd to carry out an investigation to replace the old vertical lift gates with centre pivot gates similar to those at the Barcoo Outlet.</text>
