I have been given two documents today, one of which is an answer to a question on notice in which the minister says that TRUMPS is working 'as planned'. The other document is the Auditor-General supplementary report. On page 38, it states: …matters identified by Audit included: discrepancies between bank records and TRUMPS were not followed up and corrected on a timely basis processing errors occurred (ie duplicate postings/missing postings/reversals) requiring correcting journals system reporting did not support amounts recorded in the reconciliation the Department relied on manual spreadsheets to control discrepancies and errors and manual review processes rather than system reports and automated processes The Speaker House of Assembly The SPEAKER: Order!
