          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">The staging of biennial events such as the Panasonic World Solar Challenge and Tasting Australia which were not held in 2006-07</item>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Inflationary increases included within existing sponsorship agreements.</item>
