In July last year, an extremely serious incident occurred at a South Australian nursing home. A 71 year old woman died at an aged care facility and was cremated two days before her death was reported. When I read this, I could not believe it or how it could happen. The doctor, who owned the nursing home, signed off on the elderly lady's death certificate, attributing her death to a cardiac arrest. The doctor's wife, also a doctor—</text>
