<by role="member" id="546">Mr WILLIAMS:</by> I just want to take the opportunity to thank the minister. When we debated the Crown Land Management Bill in this house, I raised the fact that the opposition had some problems with the minister being able to delegate certain functions and then being able to further delegate those functions. The particular issue involved delegating the issue of a certificate of a grant of fee simple in a piece of crown land. The minister gave an undertaking that he would look at the matter between the houses. His office contacted me at some stage during one of the breaks and sent me a copy of the proposed amendment and asked my opinion on it. So, I thank the minister and his staff very much for that. I am delighted that the government proposed the amendment in the other place. It was obviously accepted and it is now back here. The opposition supports the amendment.</text>
