Will the 2007-08 financial accounts for the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure, as audited by the Auditor-General, be presented to parliament prior to the next budget being handed down? I would hope so, but can I just point out to the member for Morphett that he should just stop and think to ask the question through the Speaker, like your deputy leader said three times, three in a row.
